Prorenderer No Longer Working with Nvidia

Well, as the title suggests, installed the latest Pro Renderer and 3ds Max 2019 and Maya 2018, neither will detect the 2080 Ti. They work fine with the CPU and my Radeon VII, just not the 2080 Ti. Anyone got any input on this?

Hi compguru,
can you provide some additional information?
1. What OS are you using
2. What ProRender build do you have installed?

Also you can try the following steps, as it may help fix the problem
Steps
1. Close 3ds Max
2. Open the Task Manager and make sure that 3ds Max is closed
3. Uninstall the plugin and re-install it
4. Open 3ds Max and check if your GPU shows in the render settings

I figured out the issue. Installing AMD drivers on top of Nvidia drivers

removes the OpenCL capability of the Nvidia GPUs. The fix was to DDU the

AMD drivers and reinstall the Nvidia ones.
