SeaSonic Focus PSUs manufactured before 2018 incompatible with Vega 56/64

Though one wonders why you would use a mainstream PSU for high end hardware in the first place...Not that anything SeaSonic makes is bad.

One User at AMD Forum was mentioning to other RX VEGA56/64 owners about PSU not able to take some voltage spikes causing the above problems and replace the PSU. But the User made it sound like it was for all PSU not for any particular Manufacturer of PSUs. First time I heard about that issue was with that one User.
