Hello. I was using drivers delivered from laptop producer - lenovo. However they are out of date and I can't play games like gta V or the avesome adventures of captain spirit because of crashes. So I update drivers from amd website( radeon adrenalin 18.8.1), no crashes anymore but i saw that memory/ram useage increased and I have fps drop after playing 30-40 minutes. Some games i can't even play from the start(gta v...) because 100% ram useage. Why memory usage increased after installing the latest drivers and most importantly - how to reduce it?

4gb ram

Windows 7 Ultimate 64bit

Any help? Let me repeat: I can't use latest drivers, because ram useage grow up. Why?

4GB is VERY low ram today - it could work for GTA V; but you have do close any other programm and disable all services not needed

i think another 4GB would fix many of your problems // have in mind that your dimm has to fit the one built in

also: due to some stuff MS did with Windows now drivers have to speak different to hardware - that resulted in higher ram usage
