I kept the game WOWS opening, no playing but just logged in dock, and read chrome, gpu went to 101~105℃  100% activity. After game closed, gpu back to 45℃, fan speed will still reach 100% randomly with auto setting.

With driver 18.5.2, temperature of gpu never went beyond 80℃.

By the way, the overdrive settings of specific programs never work, all base on the globalsettings, how to fix it?

win10 64bit 17134, single graphic card r9-370 with vga connection to single monitor

There is a issue with Profile settings. As a work-around, enable Histogram in Wattman for the game profile. Reboot your computer. The settings will override the Global settings now.
