RX6800 black screen crash

Hello!

Specs:
R5 5600 (Stock Cooler(Temp limit set to 88C))
GIGABYTE B550M AORUS ELITE (FC BIOS ver.)
16Gb of wack 3200MHz Asgard RAM
ASRock RX 6800 Phantom Gaming D OC
DeepCool PQ1000M PSU
open full tower case (so nothing overheats)

My Phantom Gaming RX6800 seems to limit my playing time in cyberpunk by crashing to blackscreen and juicing the fans to 110%. It doesn't seem to overheat as I've jacked up the fan curve and it sits at ~65C consistently. Connected to PSU by two cables. It tends to bring down the drivers for itself sometimes. Haven't noticed it misbehaving in other, less graphically intensive games. Tried undervolting it, still crashes after a tad bit longer. Crashes faster with RTX load. Seems like a driver issue honestly.

Probably drivers. Lots of reports of issues with 24.x.x.

You can try the following:

  1. Disable Windows update from automatically updating your drivers.
  2. Uninstall current GPU drivers with DDU / AMD Cleanup Utility and reinstall current drivers.
  3. If #2 doesn't work, uninstall current GPU drivers with DDU / AMD Cleanup Utility and reinstall older drivers for example 23.12.1 or 23.11.x. I had to do this to get good stability on my RX 6800 and disable ReBAR in BIOS.

That oughta done it! Playing for 3 hours right now and it seems completely fine. I disabled ReBAR support and did the #2 step. Thanks a whole lot!

Hello

Is it still running fine with the 23.11/12 drivers?
