I've got a utlitiy of some kind that im looking to stop from loading.  Not sure what it is.  Tried checking out task manager but hard to tell whats what.  I've got x670e and 7950x3d

Adrenalin > Performance > Overlay > Enable Metrics Overlay

Adrenalin > Performance > Settings > Enable Metrics Overlay
