One of my TMPIN's is causing a System Death without Bluescreen and no Logs. Definitely an overheat issue but I do not know why. Give me fluff about proper installation, but it is a specific TMPIN which sounds like it is not my problem. Who designed this Processor? LAM? Those developers barely give my community Learning Opportunities.

I do not understand why one of the TMPIN is taking so much heat. It is causing problems. Any BIOS upgrades to distribute the heat better would be greatly appreciated.

more info would be helpful

system specs would be helpful .. including case make/model.. number of system fans and how you have them configured .. type of cooling on CPU ..etc

Prestack1, exactly what is the definition of TMPIN? Please post screenshots of Ryzen Master (RM) both Basic and Advanced views running Cinebench. ThreeDee is correct, we need to see your full specifications. Thanks and enjoy, John.
