Hello looking for some help with this issue. I have been researching but have not found a solution that has worked. 

Recently my PC has been power cycling randomly. It started during a game but will also be idle or browsing the internet. I have done a hard reset on the OS, uninstalled and reinstalled drivers. I have also run benchmark and furmark tests that reported everything optimal. I have not seen any out-of-the-ordinary voltage or temperatures on the GPU or CPU. NOTHING has been overclocked and all BIOS settings are standard. 

Is this a PSU issue?

Anything would be helpful.
