Ryzen 7 5800U mini cpu will not turn on

I have an AMD Ryzen 7 5800U mini cpu that is under a year old.  Went to turn it on, and it wouldn't power on.  Unplugged, tried again, still nothing.  Thought maybe it was the power supply, did notice when plugged in the power supply bank green light is on, but when I plug it in the computer, the green light goes off - still will not turn on.  Bought new power supply, same thing... green light on, plug into computer, green light on this one blinks dimly.

Anyone have this issue?  or can suggest something???

Thank you.

Need more information about your PC.

First is it a Desktop or Laptop PC or All-In-One PC?

Is it still under Warranty?

Make & Model of Laptop or AIO PC or Make & Model of your Desktop Motherboard and hardware.

Found this Dell thread about a similar issue with a blinking Dell Power supply to a laptop: https://www.dell.com/community/en/conversations/laptops-general-locked-topics/inspiron-1000-laptop-b...

Found this same exact advice in another older previous thread on Tom's Guide Forum.

This thread is much newer and gives a very good reason for your blinking green light on your power supply and how to fix it if you have a Desktop PC: https://ccm.net/forum/affich-174391-flashing-green-light-on-power-supply

Personally it sounds like a defective hardware.

Thanks for the update.

I see you have a ACE MAGIC AMR5 Mini PC with a Ryzen 7 5800U Mobile Processor.

According to FAQ at ACE MAGIC SUPPORT: https://www.acemagic.com/pages/faq

So don't open your Mini PC and look around it will void your ACE MAGIC Warranty.

I suggest you open a ACE MAGIC WARRANTY Ticket to have your PC checked by them under warranty: https://www.acemagic.com/pages/contact-us

I did that - still waiting on reply.  Even tried calling - no answer.  Thank you for your help

sounds like ACE MAGIC is not a very dependable Retailer if they ignore your Warranty calls.

ACE MAGIC does give you a Warranty on your Mini-PC correct? At least a One Year Standard Warranty.

If ACE MAGIC ignores your calls send them emails as proof that you tried to contact them at least more than once. If still no answer lodge a Consumer Complaint with : https://www.usa.gov/consumer-complaints

I have emailed and called, which only went to a voice message.  The system is only 8 months old.

Thank you!

I bet that are lot of Warranty tickets for the same PC.

The link I posted to make a complaint is not broken for some reason.

Here is the same link again but working, I hope: https://www.usa.gov/consumer-complaints

This is if you live in the USA.
