I bought a FX-9370 Black edition years ago and there was no game where I could not play on max settings. Recently this year, My games are starting to have serious fps drops, even on the lowest settings. I also noticed that recent games use 85-90% of my CPU power. Because of this, I hit 100% frequently while gaming. I also have an AMD R9-390 GPU, and 32G of RAM. I also noticed that my PC is showing my CPU as 2 cores/4 threads. Is there a good test which I can perform to see where the problem is?
