CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 4600H with Radeon Graphics

GPU: NVIDIA GTX 1050

When I run any somewhat demanding games my CPU's clock speed drops to 0.39ghz or some insanely low clock speed and my fps fluctuates between like 1 and 140(mostly around 1-30 fps.) But this only happens when my laptop is plugged in, when the laptop is unplugged while running the same games, my fps is capped at 30 no matter what I do.

This problem usually occurs when the laptop is plugged in, while the FPS is capped at 30 when it's unplugged. To address this, you can either check power settings, ensure proper cooling, consider power adapter limitations, or you can also try to update the BIOS and drivers, and review power management settings.

I've checked my power settings, ive even reset them to default; updated all my drivers and bios; and furthermore, this problem started out of nowhere: One day I left the house, my brother was playing roblox while I was gone, and when I came back I turned the laptop on and all the issues began.
