Hey. My laptop has a Ryzen 4500u on board with documented frequencies of 2.3-4 GHz. I have the latest Ubuntu installed + the latest 5.10 kernel. But the processor constantly runs at a frequency of 1.3 - 1.7 GHz, which is why the programs do not work optimally with the brakes. Is there a way to get at least 3 GHz on this processor?
