All is in the title, I want to upgrade my processor but I don't know which one to chose. I also want to know if a 650W power supply is enough for this config or should I take more or less powerful.

Hello, what is your motherboard? 650 watts will enough for up to 8 core cpu. Just make sure the MB and CPU sockets are compatible.
