Ryzen's cooler doesn't work even the LED is turned off. checked the bios , tried to make my own graph of rpm per temperature but no luck.
the cooler is connected to CPU_FAN1
( added another simple fan to CPU_FAN1 ) and was spinning fine.
( added the cooler to any header on the motherboard ) didn't spin to any of them.
all parts brand new.
