I bought a Ryzen 7 5800X and the store gave me a 6 month warranty and another 2 years and 4 months from the manufacturer.

I put it in an AORUS B550 32 Memory. Everything worked fine until 30 days ago it started to restart infinitely.

I tested another processor on the board and it worked correctly. I put the processor in an ASROCK STELL LEGEND and it didn't work and kept restarting like the AOURUS.

I've been trying for the RMA for 30 days and I can't do it. Very confusing website.

I want to know how to proceed

Was it bought as in official AMD boxing, or just in a plastic shell?

Hello, it was purchased in a box at a retail store in a shopping mall. But I lost the box and receipt. As I was told that there would be a 1 year warranty from the store and 3 from the manufacturer. A year passed and I went back to the store to get a second copy of the invoice, to request the Manufacturer's warranty. But the store closed due to the unstable situation in Brazil. Most are going bankrupt. Since then I have not been able to find where to fill out an RMA. The website is very confusing, I don't know if it's on purpose. But I'm not familiar with the English language. Only through an online translator but I can't find where anything is filled in regarding the guarantee.
