Ryzen 5 3600 with original AMD cooler from R5 2400G heating up a lot, high temperatures.

I bought a Ryzen 5 2400G BOX processor a few years ago with an original AMD cooler. I decided to upgrade and bought a Ryzen 5 3600, but this one without a cooler. Can I use the same cooler? Because I saw that their TDP are the same. I installed it, on the R5 2400G, the average temperature was 40 degrees, and playing reached a maximum of 70 degrees. As for this processor, the R5 3600, the temperature without playing and with normal activity is between 38 and 60 degrees, it fluctuates a lot, but if I put a game, for example, Sniper Elite 5, it stays at 15% maximum utilization, but reaches 78 degrees, and I did a stress test putting it at 100% and it reached a temperature of 89.7⁰ after 5 minutes of testing. The question is, should I change the cooler, or are these temperatures normal? I saw on the manufacturer's website that 95⁰ is the limit.
