If the Motherboard's Box says it supports the Ryzen 3 2200g than it should mean it has the correct BIOS version installed.
Does the Motherboard Box show the BIOS version installed anywhere on the box or inside documents?

Open a ASUS SUPPORT TICKET and send them your Motherboard's Serial Number. They will be able to tell you exactly what BIOS version your motherboard came with.

Do you have you Monitor cable connected to the RX 570 or the Motherboard's Video Outputs?
Does your Monitor and Monitor Cable work with another computer?
What Trouble LEDs or Codes or BEEPS shows up when you power up the motherboard and it fails to BOOT up?
Is the CPU Cooler fan running when your power up?
But first check with ASUS SUPPORT BRAZIL to double check you have the correct BIOS Version installed, at least version 4801. Also at the same time explain why you need to know the Motherboard's BIOS version because the computer doesn't boot up with the Ryzen 3 installed.
