I do have a faulty Ryzen cpu and opened an RMA requets. That was approved and I got shipping details to send in the defect cpu. I did this immediately and due to some delay at the transport side (DHL) it took some time to send back the cpu to AMD. DHL siad that the cpu was delivered properly to AMD.
I now got an mail form AMD service that they have not heard anything for some time and that they asked fro a repsonse. I tried to respond refering to my AMDF ticket number and now got an email telling me that the ticket was already closed .
summary : RMA approved , CPU sent to AMD, Tickte at AMD closed, no idea what the status of the whole process is.
Can somebody from AMD or somebody else give advise how to proceed in this case ?
Any help is highly appreciated.
