So you have a Ryzen 7 5800X and you feel that the CPU utilization is higher than it should be?

You posted 2 game videos, does this only happen when you launch a game? Are you having any game performance issues or is it just higher than expected utilization?

You mention reverting to W10. Did you originally have this problem on W11 and you went back to W10? Did you use the Windows Go Back in Recovery Options? Or did you do a clean install?
