On friday, I sent the request to AMD for a boot kit, in which they replied that I needed to send the proof of invoices, contact with the motherboard manufacturer, processor etc and then I sent them pictures of it all as a reply to the email. I have gotten a response, but it is the same email asking for all the proof as before. How do I know if they have received the images?

I would think copy/scan/photo of retailer's invoice listing mobo/CPU should be enough

Post the AMD RMA REQUEST ticket number for your AMD BOOT KIT.

Maybe one of the Moderators can check to find out what exactly you are missing from the information they requested.  @ray_m  or  amdmatt​

I've looked at your ticket # 8200824124, and you should have received confirmation that your boot kit is being prepared.
