Is it possible to use grub or other opensource boot loader to set default legacy mode for Windows 10 and creator mode for linux?

I am running a 2990wx on a msi meg and windows has numa issues not found in linux on the 4.18 and 4.19 kernel.

Cause rebooting windows after just booting it is not very user friendly.
