Yes AMD Ryzen are good and powerful processors. The socket AM4 is powerful. The R9 3900X is a strong CPU.
So to run a pair of 4K screens will require a video card with 2 DisplayPort 1.4 connectors. Use DisplayPort as it is the professional choice.
For your application you might want to get a higher end processor along with a professional grade graphics card.

The WX9100 is very powerful for professional applications

Thanks for your respond, this WX9100 is over my budget, since I am using this for trading only, not gaming, therefore I would like to find hardware that is stable and enough to drive 2 4k TV is all that I need, btw I am using webbase tradingview.com I don't need a lot of processing power on my cpu too.
but I do have hard time to find a motherboard that has 2 hdmi port and using AM4 socket.
thanks.

The older W7100 is more affordable

It also has lots of DisplayPort output
gaming cards tend to choke above 1080 for multiple panels
