When I first got my new build my machine was fast and all. Now, I can't run a resource intensive game without my second monitor having low FPS just watching a livestream for example. Even just having discord up, the round green circle when you talk has low FPS and is stuttery. And when I plug my VR headset, both my monitors have that same low FPS/stuttery when I'm literally on my desktop. I had a 5600X before and never had low FPS like this....
Am I going crazy and assuming things or could the issue have degraded my CPU? I ran my system for a good 2 weeks before the issue was resolved with the new BIOS.
