Does the AMD A8-5550M support AVX2?

Does the AMD A8-5550M APU with Radeon HD Graphics support Advanced Vector Extensions 2. This is an apparent requirement for a select Skype feature.

According to CPU World that specific APU doesn't show supporting AVX2 only AVX: https://www.cpu-world.com/CPUs/Bulldozer/AMD-A8-Series%20A8-5550M%20-%20AM5550DEC44HL.html 

But another A8 processor - A8-9600 does show it supports AVX2: https://www.cpu-world.com/CPUs/Bulldozer/AMD-A8-Series%20A8-9600.html
