Hello,I bought ryzen 5 3600 cpu and had bsod issues.I sent my pc to technician and told me cpu has factory error.I send back my cpu to the shop that i bought it.They told me that because the cooler has scatches the AMD service will send it back and they will not replaced it(but i told them to send it anyway).Is that possible?The cpu never worked!I dont want cooler replacement just the cpu.I try to find what was the problem for 3 months!Do i lost 200euros for nothing?
