Just bought a new CybertronPC CLX SET VR-Ready AMD Ryzen 7 2700, 16GB Memory GeForce GTX 1660 6GB Graphics Card 1TB Hard Drive. Is it possible to easily upgrade processor to 3800X?

Ought to be delivered Dec 31 and while waiting thinking about best upgrades.

Depends on the motherboard they used. If it's a stock mass market board, then you can, but if it's a custom board, then only Cybertron can tell you. I can tell you though you'd be much better off getting a more powerful video card than a new processor.
