Just tried updating a computer from a 1600 to a 5600x. Up until getting into the OS, everything was normal. After entering the OS and noticing how sluggish the computer was running, I opened task manager and saw the CPU only running at 0.48GHz. Thus far, I've tried using different BIOS's, disabling AMD Cool n Quiet, adjusting my power plan in Windows, reseating the RAM and the CPU, and completely wiping and reinstalling all of the chipset drivers. The only kind of fix I was able to find was disabling BD PROCHOT in Ryzen Master. This got the CPU to run at 3.7GHz maxing at around 75°C, but it won't boost. Any help would be appreciated
