XFX game promotion

Hello I recently bought XFX RX5700 and I went to the xfx websit to active the code  then I got a problem which is,

Your product is not eligible for any XFX game promotion at the moment. Please check with the place of purchase for promotions provided directly from AMD.

You need to contact your point of purchase to obtain the game key, if the product you purchased is eligible.
