Hi,
I am currently trying to stretch my resolution from 1920 x 1080 to 1440 x 1080. I have created a custom resolution, however when I change to that custom resolution in my Windows display settings, I get black bars on either side of my display, rather than it stretching to fit the entire panel. I also have scaling mode set to full panel and GPU scaling on, which is what seems to be the common fix for this problem. Also I have my Radeon Software Version updated to the most recent 19.1.1. Is there any way that I can stretch my display resolution without getting these black bars? Thanks for the support.
My monitor is a BenQ XL2411z, and I have the AMD Radeon R9 200 Series if that helps.
One other weird thing is that when I switch to this resolution, but change the orientation to landscape (flipped) I do not get the black bars on each side. Thanks again.
