The prices at AMD is much less expensive than the Retailer you are looking at.
Retailer's can charge whatever price they want. AMD does suggest MSRP for the GPU card but that doesn't mean the Retailer will follow that suggestion.
If a Retailer has a very high Overhead and costs they are going to charge more for their products to cover that high Overhead plus make whatever Profit margin they want.
Or simply some Retailers are greedy and want to make a large Profit so they charge a higher price especially if Customers keep buying at that price.
