Im currently having issues with my graphics card I took it to Micro Center to see if there was something wrong with my PC however they said all the hardware was good but I'm trying to reinstall Windows to see if that would fix it. however, it only fixed a bit of it. i was able to run my PC without it crashing but my GPU light keeps flashing and when I look into the software it says that my GPU 1 keeps spiking in its utilization but then GPU 2 isn't being used. also, I tried to contact but I can't seem to find any info on how to contact them. Also when I tried to run a game it said that my GPU is full but I've only been using it for a month and a half and I mainly use it for school work and play casually here and there so I can't seem to understand why there's an issue. (when i have my GPU connected it says there's two GPU's)
List your full system specs, the second GPU is likely the integrated graphics in the CPU processor. It is normal that it would not be used when you have a discrete card installed, and can sometimes causes a conflict with the primary GPU.

it first started by not even letting me use my PC it would push itself very hard and would be very slow and turned off the PC but I changed the AIO bc it was overheating to a fan cooler. then I tried to run some games like Rainbow Six Siege and it would crash or run very slow. and now it makes my PC very slow again.
The Ryzen 9 7900 has an IGP that will show up as a second GPU. If it is causing conflict with your discrete 7900XTX you can disable the IGP either via Windows Device Manager or in the BIOS.
You may also consider using PBO Curve Optimizer and/or ECO mode to reduce voltage and temperature on your CPU as you report issues overheating and turning off the PC. However as the Ryzen 9 7900 is a 65W TDP chip it's unusual you are having issues.
Is the 7900XTX card a reference model with 2x8-pin power connectors? Or is it a partner card, possibly an OC model, with a 3rd power connector?
