System Crash when playing cutscenes mov-Files ingame

I have a really strange issue going on with my PC. It has been happening with two games so far: 'it Takes two' and the 'outriders' Demo.

Right at the start of those two games a introduction movie is played. During this sequence the screen starts to flicker and the system crashes to a point where I have to manually turn off and on the mainswitch of the PSU to restart the system.

This happens every time at the same spot of those sequences. Both tough were made from different developement studios and Publishers.

I can run games for hours without anything happening. I can even Play those Games when I delete the movie folder containing These very Files. These are the only two instances where my system is unstable

What I have tried so far:

UEFI:

Loading xmp settings. Doesn't help

Loading Default RAM settings doesn't help

Enabling/disabling Resize-Bar doesn't help

Enabling/disabling boost Overdrive doesn't help

General:

Reinstalling the game doesn't help

Playing the movie Files in a Media Player works!!!

Enabling/Disabling freesync doesn't help

Memory Test Ran without problems

Rearanging cables and GPU seat didn't help either.

I've built my system a few weeks ago. Newest Driver Updates and BIOS are installed.

GPU: 6900 xt

CPU: Ryzen 5800x

RAM: 32 GB, 3200

PSU be quiet 850 W

MB Asus RoG b550 Strix Gaming F

Windows 10 64 latest built

Stock clockings and normal temps.

I really have No Idea what to do to be honest and I hope someone here might have an idea. Thank you for time.

Strange. Just testet both on my 6900XT and I had no Crash.

Is it a Hardcrash? Without Bluescreen or does it produce a Bluescreen?

Does the Nirsoft Tool "BlueScreenView" find any Minidumps?

If its a Hardcrash without Bluescreen its most likely a Power Issue.

No there are no blue Screens. The system just shuts down hard.

Does anybody have a suggestion of how to pinpoint the issue? I mean this could be literally everything couldn't it?
