Screen going black

Hello,

so recently I upgraded from a rx 6500xt to a xfx 6750 xt and I removed the old drivers and installed the ones for the 6750 xt, and a few weeks after using it my screen went black after just closing a browser or closing or launching a game.so the screen goes black but there’s still audio and the moniter it still backlight, so be able to use my computer agian I have to restart it. What I did to try and fix it but failed was: remove the gpu and put it back in, remove the psu wires and put it back in, use ddu to remove drivers and downgraded from 23.9.1 to 23.8., it didn’t work. That’s everything I tried and it happening more often. It Actualy happen 2 times in one day where before it happened 1 time every week

i Really need help

thanks

Press windows -> restart, while keeping shift pressed in. change eufi bios settings

then go into bios and turn off secure boot and try the same thing again with the cmd prompt.
