Hey,
the gfx card named above upon heavy strain with graphic intensive games (rarely even just playing videos) sometimes after minutes, sometimes after an hour, freezes my PC, then crashes into a black screen and reports a driver outage while having the game shut down or crash at the same time. This started happening about two months ago, conveniently shortly after the warranty wore off.
I am unsure whether this is even a software issue.
I uninstalled everything using DDU and installed a fresh verson of the AMD Software: PRO Edition, changed settings based on suggestions made in another thread where it would among other changes manually undervolt and allow 100% fan speed (which never occurred). Since the issue continued happening with no change, I again uninstalled everything with DDU and installed the driver again.
