You have to look what do you do exactly in sometime for this downgrade. Remember please, ¿install any driver? ¿windows have installed any driver? ¿have you install something hardware of software? ¿have you touch some settings on the bios? remember please. Things doesn't happened by magic. Anything has done on your system. Ok. Use a restore point that windows save before big changes and return to this point. If you cant find the problem reset all the system. there´s no way out. be lucky.
