Hi everyone,
Y have an AMD 580 XT graphic card for 4 years and suddenly one week ago it started to suddenly do not display anything at the screen (just if I unpluged the hdmi or displayport cable). That force me to reboot the PC and when I log in again, the device appears as disabled. I don't know if Windows disable it or just because the graphic card crashes. It seems not to be a driver problem (it started crashing more or less when 24.1.1 driver appeared), because I have done DDU and then I installed a version released four months ago and the problem still there. Looking for a solution I have seen some posts (from here and other pages) saying to disable DEP in Windows, use other version of drivers, do DDU and reinstall it, even do undervoltage with Adrenalin. I do not know what else try. Here are some specifications of my PC:
Processor: AMD Ryzen 5 3500
Graphic card: AMD RX 580 XT
RAM: Vengance 16GB
Motherboard: Gigabyte B550 GAMING X V2
PSU: CORSAIR CV650
EDIT: The graphic card do not overheat.
EDIT2: Just investigating I found this error after a crash when reactivating the device (I do not know if it will help but I asume is better to give this information)
