CPU : i7-9700
BIOS : GA-Z390M
RAM : 64G
VGA : Powercolor RX 5700 XT
Power Supply : 750W
OS : Windows 10 2019 LTSC (1809) x64
Monitor : Dell P2415Q
When i using 21.10.2 All work well (include Sleep&Wake) but It has problem with All of New version (All of 22, 23)
Update BIOS, Windows, Other Driver but nothing changed
with New version all work well (Exclude wake up)
Lastest Windows 10 (22H2) + Lastest Driver or Lastest Windows + Old Driver is OK but Old windows + Lastest Driver is not
When i try to sleep&wake up It display black screen only (All of HDMI&DP same result) but system is not stop to work (I can connect to system by RDP or VNC and turn off computer)
short sleep is OK (under 5~10 mins) but long sleep is not
It seem AMD not test with old hardware or Old Windows version (but I can found 1809 on compatible OS list)
I was report problem few times with bug report tool but last 2 years nothing changed
I can't change OS version (Windows License) and I can't upgrade driver version (Can't use sleep)

https://community.amd.com/t5/graphics/rt-6650-xt-sleep-issue-23-2-1-whql/td-p/588066
I can't upgrade windows version and try many driver version (AMD&Custom) but same result
When i check device manager by remote VGA is code 43 or 32(31?) state
It seem something changed on version-up&It not compatible with 1809
Thanks for help
It seem fixed by Disable 'Ultra Low Power Status' on registry
Yes, but that's not a solution, just a workaround...
