Whaddup guys,
I have an XFX Radeon RX 5600 XT and I've recently gotten into streaming, so I've been testing out some combinations of software to see what gives me the best quality.
I tried OBS but quickly found out that it wasnt a good option since the guy that maintained the AMD encoder over there quit.
So Im currently using AMD Radeon Software, with the latest optional driver (20.10.1). It has better performance than OBS but the stream just looks so god damn bad! Like I know AMD's encoder isn't as good as NViDIA's, no offense, but I must be doing something wrong because Ive seen other videos of AMD streaming and it didn't look as bad as it does in my video.
I'll attatch my a screenshot of my settings, but a 1080p60 stream at 12.5 MB/s bitrate shouldn't look as bad as it does in my video, so I must be doing something wrong, 'cause the stream doesn't even look 60fps.
My PC Config:
CPU - AMD Ryzen 5 3600
GPU - AMD Radeon RX 5600 XT
RAM - 16 GB - DDR4-3600MHz
SSD - WD Blue SN550 NVMe 1TB
