Radeon TM 520 in Dell Laptop but laptop uses only Intel Graphics. Also on task manager no action for Radeon card to be seen. Any advise how to be able to switch cards according to need?

Hi, in my Dell laptop are two graphic cards, the onboard Intel UHD 620 and the Radeon TM 520. Both seem available but I cannot get any program running on  the Radeon card. The Radeon Software (17.7) recognizes the card, drivers are up to date but I cannot get any program running on the radeon card.  On my scond laptop, things are very simple, right click on the icon of the program and I can choose which graphic card to use.

Any advise? Thx.
