Hi, I have a Sapphire r9 nano (used）,and put it in a aorus gaming box ,and connected to my laptop with thunderbolt 3 .

It reports 19%pwm at 1700rpm

I'm trying to lower the minimum fan speed (it's the noisier in the gaming box )

I've tried lowering ucMinimumPWMLimit to 10% (it's at 19% default), and it results in MSI AB reporting at idle 10%pwm... Still at 1700rpm.

The fan (according to online review photos) should be 1500 idle rpm.

Is there something wrong with this card.

And what happens if you disable your manual voltage and clock adjustments and update the VBIOS to the 015.049.000.012.006449 release?

I did what you say ,and nothing happened ,still the same as before.
