My video card operates at a memory frequency lower than it should with the optimal bus

My video card Gigabyte Radeon rx 460 4gb operates at a memory frequency of 1750mhz. On the PCI-E 3.0 8x, but should work at a frequency of 7000mhz. 1750 - Frequency for PCI-E 2.0. Motherboard: Asus prime b350 plus

CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 1600

Where are you getting this 7000mhz frequency ? The Radeon RX 460 memory operates at 1750mhz according to the official specs.

You should check with Gigabyte for that obvious typo. No card that I'm aware of operates at a memory frequency of 7000mhz.

Even the top of the line RX Vega has a memory clock of 945mhz.

If you do a web search of 'gpu memory clock frequency', you'll find some explanations of 'real vs effective qdr' speeds.

Basically 1750 is 7000 qdr.
