While playing league,my RX 570 can't clock more than 400mhz,just around 300mhz,my CPU was just 30-40%,sometimes my fps went down to about 50 while playing at 1080p Ultra settings,that is really annoying,the GPU temp was good,around 41*C,I have tried the recommend driver version(19.5.2) and the most recent driver (19.7.3),both have the same result in LoL,Vsync was off all the time
