Low performance & clocks in Minecraft - RX 5700 xt (Asus ROG Strix)

Low performance in Minecraft - RX 5700 xt (Asus ROG Strix)

Minecraft has twice as lower FPS than Nvidia 780 on the same PC and settings. I've got 25 FPS with shaders enabed. The videocard does not clock too much. The underclocks has been observed for some other games too but FPS is usually higher. Any ideas how to fix it?

PC specs:

GPU: Asus Rog Strix 5700xt OC edition

CPU: Intel Xeon W5590 (clock 3601.92 mHz), 8 cores

RAM: 12 GB DDR3, Corsair XMS3

Motherboard: DFI LP DK X58

PSU: 1200W

Shaders: BSL (GLSL) shaders v 7.4.1

clocks can be seen in attachment.

Make sure you have "Smooth FPS" disabled in Minecraft and reset your Video Settings in Minecraft. Again make sure "Smooth FPS" is off (had the same problem).

It's known that the 5700 series doesn't boost high when you don't max out the graphics ingame. Unfortunately Minecraft will never be such a demanding title in terms of graphics.

Hope that helps

Thank you. I will try that out as soon as I have the possibility to test it.
