Lenovo Ideapad 5 15ARE05 Ryzen 7 4800U won't let me set UMA Framebuffer size

My laptop is always utilizing the maximum possible 4096MB VRAM, regardless of the setting provided. The problem is, that this machine has onboard soldered RAM of only 16GB and as I am using it for only music production and some photo editing I would rather have 15.5GB RAM available than having only 12GB of RAM available as I have different machines for playing games and so on. The by far most power demanding task GPU wise this machine ever sees is very occassional 1080p YouTube playback.

The Operating System in use is Windows 11 Pro (with Windows Update driver updates manually disabled) and the latest AMD 22.11.2 driver with everything set to plain default settings.

Can someone help me out to reclaim my RAM please?
