Is my GPU having any problems(is it defective) or I should change settings in games (RX6700XT)

Hello forum, I have recently built a new PC with the GPU RX6700XT. After the build I ran some benchmarks with Unigine_Benchmark 4.0 and everything seemed okay.

My problem is when I play games I see some jagged lines when they have to be straight, objects clear up after I get really close to them and sometimes the grass looks a bit off. I want to ask is the GPU's fault or is it my settings?

I run always v-sync and my monitor is BENQ BL2485TC and I play on 60fps. I am attaching pictures and videos of the 'artifacts' I see, I put the word in quotes, because it might be just my mistake with the settings of the games.

I think you really need a freesync monitor or try running games Vsync disabled. 60 fps really slows down responsivenes even if your monitor is only 60Hz. This is very easy to notice in online games like CS:GO. Remember once years a go when I thought this is weird, I can't hit anything. Then noticed I had VSYNC on on 60Hz monitor. Disabled it and a lot changed. Moving to a 144Hz and then 165Hz monitor (not for Hz though, my 144Hz just had terrible IPS glow and blacks) made a big difference in responsivenes. Made even my old GPU feel much better even though resolution changed too.

But to answer to your question, those do not look like hardware issues, but driver/game bug issues. If you can change draw distance to higher in game, try that. If hardware is broken, over heating or something, you get random flashing triangles and shapes (overheat, too much overclock), all kinds of weird psychedelic colors (something perhaps broken), weird lines, stuff like that. Sometimes you get like green and pink squares which sometimes can be just drivers but also broken hardware.
