When I play video (include website, ex youtube) and any 3D game (ex the Division 2, World of tanks, etc)
My graphic card's memory clock is fixed 350mhz - 380mhz and it can't boost 1,000mhz
I already reinstall Adrenaline 19.4.2 innumerably (use DDU)
How can I fix it?
