PC Graphics

Last night when I was using my PC I didn't have this problem, but this morning when I turned my PC on these lines appeared. 
First they were green, but I tried uninstalling AMD software for my RX 580, restarted the PC, reinstalling the AMD software and the lines turned red.
Now I don't know if this is a physical or a software problem with my GPU. But yet I'm afraid because the holidays have arrived
and that I won't be able to play games with my friends without these lines irritating me.

If anyone knows what's wrong please help.

So I don't know why this worked but I fixed it. 
Basically I unplugged everything from my PC including keyboard, mouse, headphones, webcam, HDMI cable, PCIe cable for the graphics card and then just turned the PC on. After a while I turned it off by holding the power button on the case. Plugged everything back in and the lines disappeared.

I fixed it but I'm still curious what those lines were. If anyone knows, please tell me.
