Bottleneck Ryzen 7 5800x3d & 6900XT on Warzone 2

Hello I have a problem with the components in Warzone 2.

When I run the benchmark of Warzone 2, I get about 150FPS at lowest settings.

In the evaluation it says Bottleneck CPU 99% and GPU 1%.

Until now everything was always easy at 200FPS+.

My setting:
ASUS WQHD 165Hz
Mainboard: 450B Steel Series Biosversion P4.30
AMD Ryzen 7 5800X3D
AMD Radeon RX6900XT driver version 23.2.2
Memory DDR4 32GB 3200 Mhz
SSD Samsung 980

In Task Manager when the game is running the GPU utilization is at about 80% and a temperature of 60 degrees, the Cpu utilization is at about 50% at a temperature of 70 degrees.

Drivers are all up to date.

Does anyone have any idea what this could be?

If you use bit defender you have to add the code launcer, cod.exe and battle net or steam to authorized programs Recent update and it down throttles your cpu for some reason. Also if you've gone into the options.3 folder make sure you put your max cores not half it will increase performance.
