Sometimes when switching from gaming to desktop (by TAB on Win 10, WOT) or sometimes on exit from gaming the desktop shows disturbance. Ingame picture is normal, only on desktop. HBM2 is set on 975MHZ @ 915mV which is only slightly overclocked/undervolted (see also Wattman screenshot).
The disturbance goes away by pressing ALT+F4 -> switch user and then log back in. It's a known problem ? It's a driver problem?

Maybe an AMD engineer could look at it and response here his opinion regarding if that problem is software or hardware related.
Its a Vega 64 LC. Driver is 18.3.1.
