AMD Ryzen 5 5600H Brightness, Zoom, and Slow Down Issues

I was using my laptop like normal this morning, just browsing Discord, when all of the sudden everything froze for a few seconds. When it unfroze, the monitor zoomed in a ton and set the brightness to maximum. I managed to fix the zoom by going into my settings and turning it down manually, but for whatever reason it seems like the brightness settings have completely vanished! (See attached picture)brightness settings are gone.png Using the brightness buttons on my keyboard doesn't work either. I used Malware bytes to search for malware I may have picked up, but it found nothing. Restarting the computer didn't work. Since there doesn't appear to be any malware, I thought it might be a driver issue (which is why I have a similar post in the drivers section of this forum, but I couldn't figure out how to delete a previous post or change it's category to Graphics, so I guess it's staying there), but all of my drivers are up to date. My laptop hasn't had any windows updates in the last 30 days, so I don't think automatically installing a new update could've been the problem. Additionally, as I found out a couple hours after the zoom and brightness problems, all of my games are lagging very badly. Checking my task manager shows that nothing is out of the ordinary in terms of CPU, Disk, RAM, etc. usage. These problems came out of nowhere and nothing I do seems to be able to fix it. Please help

I'm having the same issue. Did you ever solve this?

When I go into AMD Adrenaline, I can change the brightness in there but still can't through Windows.
